The workshop is intentionally small and focused. We handle every step of the process in-house, ensuring that the final bicycle perfectly matches the blueprint. There is no assembly line—just careful, deliberate craft.

We select tubing profiles that offer the best balance of strength, compliance, and weight. The details matter, from the precise mitering of tubes to the final pass of the welding torch.

Workshop Workflow

Design & Draft

Translating rider geometry into a full-scale digital blueprint. We finalize tube angles, clearances, and component compatibility.

Fabrication

Tubes are cut, shaped, and secured in the jig. The frame is then carefully welded, ensuring minimal heat distortion.

Finishing

Welds are checked, threads are chased, and the frame is faced before being sent to the paint booth for a durable finish.
